Every TKC engagement starts with a Define the Horizon call. This is a 30-minute conversation where we learn about your business, what you are navigating, and what you are trying to achieve. It helps us determine whether TKC is the right fit and, if so, what the right engagement would look like.
This call is complimentary.
How Engagements Work
Based on what we learn in the initial conversation, TKC recommends a structured engagement tailored to your situation. Engagements range from focused diagnostics and strategic planning to hands-on implementation and ongoing advisory support. Each one has a defined scope, a clear timeline, and a measurable outcome.
